Product overview
A chemical dosing pump — also called a metering pump — injects a small, controlled amount of chemical into water or a process line. Each stroke displaces a set volume, so the dose can be set precisely and repeated hour after hour.
ETP, WTP, boiler and cooling tower systems use them to dose coagulants, acids, alkalis, polymers and disinfectants. Paired with an online analyzer, the dose can follow the water quality automatically.
Don’t confuse it with
A dosing pump is not a transfer pump. A transfer pump moves liquid in bulk, while a dosing pump delivers small, accurate flows.
